Fully automated production line for retaining walls
At KTB Machinery, we have developed a fully automated production line for retaining walls, specially designed for efficient and reliable concrete production. This industrial production line has an automatic mould handler, which was engineered, manufactured and programmed entirely in-house.
By moving the retaining wall moulds independently, the automatic mould handler ensures a continuous and stable process with minimal manual intervention.
Automatic concrete stations
The production line features two automatic concrete stations that thoroughly clean the moulds and fill them. After filling, the system automatically returns the moulds, ready for curing. This automation leads in short cycle times, consistent concrete quality and higher production capacity.
Once the concrete has cured, the mould handler moves and rotates the moulds to the conveyor belt where the retaining walls are removed. The chain conveyor transports the elements to the packaging department.

The retaining wall moulds have been developed and manufactured by our sister company Consmema. Thanks to the close teamwork between KTB Machinery and Consmema, we can offer customers complete solutions: from concrete moulds and automation to the full retaining wall production line.
