Pallet removal and parcel tilting system

KTB Machinery developed the discharge system as an extension to an existing discharge conveyor, specifically for parcels that need to be tipped and removed after stacking. The system combines new modules with existing machine components to form a single integrated, safe and efficient discharge system.

What KTB Machinery supplied

1. Pallet tilting unit (new)
Supplied and integrated by us. This unit is physically installed within the existing line, fully incorporated into the new CE marking.

2. Tilting and discharge system (new + existing)
All components have been assembled into a single functioning system that operates safely, reliably and fully automatically.

Full integration with existing discharge conveyor

The tilting and discharge system is integrated with the existing conveyor line. KTB Machinery takes care of:

electrical connection
control system modifications
synchronisation with the current workflow
