Phase 2 – Concept Engineering
- Translate the concept into a technical solution
- Perform a risk assessment and evaluation (RI&E)
- Develop and realise a test setup when required
- Establish a budget estimate (±10%)
Phase 3 – Design & Validation
- Develop the detailed engineering package
- Test, evaluate and optimise the solution
- Perform quality control procedures
- Determine the final project quotation
Phase 4 – In-house Production
- Manufacture parts and assemblies
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly
- Test and inspect in our own factory
- Execute FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
Phase 5 – Installation & Commissioning
- Carry out on-site installation
- Commission the installation
- Support production start-up
- Execute SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
Phase 6 – After-sales & Support
- Provide technical support
- Optimise performance and processes
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Perform maintenance and service
