Fully automatic cleaning and oiling
In one single continuous movement, the machine’s powerful brushes clean the mould. The return stroke is used to oil the side walls evenly by means of our upgraded spray system.
Smart waste collection and disposal system
Any brushed and loosened dirt is automatically collected in a steel collection bin that is lowered onto the mould and seals all openings. After cleaning, the bin is raised and moved to the waste container. A coarse screw conveyor transports and controls the waste out of the bin to outside the safety zone.
Reliable installation
Installation will reuse the existing chassis, brush folding mechanism, drive shaft and oil tank. But refurbishment includes:
- New E cabling and energy chain
- New steel E enclosure
- New pneumatic system
- Refurbished oil system with nozzles
Safe and operator-friendly
The operator will open the mould and carry out a visual inspection. The entire cycle then proceeds automatically. Upon completion, a brief final check is carried out and the mould can proceed directly to the next stage in the production process.
