Step 1 Introduction and personal KTB project manager

After the initial contact with sales or project office, your own KTB project manager is at your service. This technical expert is your point of contact and sparring partner in all areas. They are supported by specialized employees within KTB, so you can always count on the expertise and experience needed for your project.

Step 2 Orientation and proposal

After an initial inventory, KTB makes a proposal for a trajectory. Depending on the complexity of the assignment, we either draw up a quotation directly or elaborate a proposal with a solution direction and a trajectory to jointly develop this proposal into a final quotation.

Step 3 Concept and planning

In the concept phase, we work with you to explore the preconditions and requirements for the machine or production line. We investigate solutions and create a 3D drawing that serves as a discussion plan. When all parties agree with the 3D discussion plan and the associated starting points, we update the budgets and make a final quotation and planning.

Step 4 Realization and evaluation of your project

Within KTB, we have our own group of engineers. If necessary, we make use of external parties with whom we work closely. Of course, always under the leadership of KTB Machinery. After approval of the drawing, our sister company Consmema, or another partner, manufactures the various machines. By keeping the production of the machines in-house as much as possible, we are flexible in production and know that the best specialists are working on your product. We always carry out the commissioning with our own people. This is the moment when the transfer to you as a customer takes place. In doing so, we adhere to the motto that we only go home when the machine is running as desired.
